About This Role
UNIQUE SACCO is a member owned financial institution that offers a range of savings and credit products to civil servants. We would like to recruit Temporary Debt Collectors.
Key Responsibilities

- <li>Tracking and making door to door follow up on overdue loans.</li>
- <li>Maintaining accurate collection records and reporting to the manager.</li>
- <li>Negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans.</li>

Requirements & Qualifications
- <ul>
- <li>Minimum Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).</li>
- <li>Certificate in Accounting, Marketing, or Business Management.</li>
- <li>Good communication skills — ability to negotiate.</li>
- <li>Experience in financial services or loan collection is an added advantage.</li>
- <li>Aged between 20 and 40.</li>
